Effective Date: June 27, 2026
Last Updated: June 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of PF2, including our website, mobile applications, software, tools, content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Eleven Delta Partners, doing business as PF2 (“PF2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What PF2 Does
PF2 is a personal finance tool designed to help users organize and understand their finances. Depending on the features available to you, PF2 may help you track spending, categorize transactions, create budgets, view financial summaries, monitor accounts, and receive financial insights.
PF2 is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, credit counselor, accountant, tax adviser, or financial planner. PF2 does not provide legal, tax, investment, accounting, credit, or financial advice. Any information, estimates, insights, categorizations, budgets, projections, or recommendations provided through the Service are for informational and organizational purposes only.
You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using PF2, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account.
3. Your Account
You may need to create an account to use some or all of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account unless required by applicable law.
4. Connecting Financial Accounts
PF2 may allow you to connect financial accounts through third-party providers, such as financial data aggregators, banks, payment processors, or other service providers (“Third-Party Providers”).
By connecting a financial account, you authorize PF2 and our Third-Party Providers to access, process, and display information from that account as needed to provide the Service. This may include account names, account types, balances, transaction history, merchant information, and related financial data.
PF2 does not control your financial institution or Third-Party Providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, security, or conduct of any third-party service.
You may disconnect linked accounts through the Service where available or by contacting us at the email listed below.
5. Accuracy of Financial Information
PF2 relies on information provided by you, your financial institutions, Third-Party Providers, and other sources. Financial data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, miscategorized, or unavailable.
PF2 does not guarantee that account balances, transaction data, budgets, projections, alerts, calculations, or categorizations are accurate, complete, or up to date. You should independently verify important financial information before making decisions.
6. No Professional Advice
The Service may generate budgets, insights, summaries, suggested categories, spending patterns, or other financial information. This content is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
PF2 does not make investment recommendations, recommend securities, provide tax advice, provide legal advice, or guarantee financial outcomes.
7. User Content and Data You Provide
You may submit information to PF2, including profile information, financial goals, notes, budgets, manual transactions, uploaded files, feedback, and other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant PF2 a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, protect, and provide the Service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization.
- Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or compromise the Service or its security.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, copy, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Use the Service to make automated decisions about other people without proper legal authority.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Use the Service in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment
Some features may be free, while others may require payment. If PF2 offers paid subscriptions or paid features, the applicable pricing, billing cycle, renewal terms, and cancellation process will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not control those processors and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable.
10. Beta Features
PF2 may offer experimental, beta, preview, or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, or changed at any time. We may modify or discontinue beta features without notice.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, designs, interfaces, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by PF2 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial financial organization purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
12. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant PF2 the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services. PF2 does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request account deletion by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or potential legal exposure for PF2, or used the Service in a harmful or inappropriate way.
After termination, some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
16. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PF2 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
PF2 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SECURE, OR THAT FINANCIAL DATA WILL ALWAYS BE CURRENT OR CORRECT.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PF2 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PF2’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PF2 FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE; OR (B) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PF2 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Morristown, New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, such as by posting the updated Terms, sending an email, or displaying an in-app notice.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
