PF2 Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Eleven Delta Partners, doing business as PF2 (“PF2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, mobile applications, software, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

PF2 is a personal finance tool that may help users track spending, categorize transactions, create budgets, view financial summaries, monitor accounts, and receive financial insights.

PF2 does not need your bank password to operate when account connections are handled through a third-party data provider. We do not knowingly store your online banking credentials.

  • App version
  • Pages or screens viewed

4. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

PF2 does not sell your personal information for money. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required opt-out rights.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features

PF2 may use automated systems, rules, machine learning, or artificial intelligence to categorize transactions, generate budgets, detect spending patterns, summarize financial activity, or provide insights.

These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and support legitimate business purposes.

If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify information unless we need to retain it for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, accounting, or legitimate business reasons.

Backup copies may persist for a limited period before deletion in the ordinary course.

7. Your Choices

Depending on your location and the features available, you may have choices such as:

  • Accessing, updating, or correcting account information
  • Disconnecting linked financial accounts
  • Deleting manual transactions, notes, or other content
  • Opting out of marketing emails

PF2 does not sell personal information for money and does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

PF2 is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

PF2 is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
